New York, Feb. 16, 2005 - A.G. Edwards, a leading national brokerage firm, and the Dana Foundation, a private New York-based philanthropic foundation, have selected Quadrant Communications Co., Inc., a Manhattan-based marketing communications firm, to design and produce marketing collateral.
For A.G. Edwards, Quadrant will design a 16-page brochure that explains the firm's wide range of financial services that support an individual's or a family's lifetime financial needs. A.G. Edwards has 7,000 financial consultants in more than 700 offices nationwide. Its offers customized investment plans to individuals, families, businesses and foundations. The brokerage firm also provides corporate finance, public finance, institutional sales and trading advice and services.
For the Dana Foundation, Quadrant will design 2005 Advances in Brain Research: Conversations With Seven Leading Neuroscientists, an annual 16-page brochure that explains the latest scientific advances in brain research. This is the third year in a row that Quadrant has produced the brochure.
The Dana Foundation has principal interests in science, health, and education. William Safire, the recently retired New York Times columnist and political commentator, is now chairman of the Dana Foundation. Under Mr. Safire's direction, the Dana Foundation is extending its longtime interest in brain research and education to support improved teaching of the performing arts in public schools across the United States. Quadrant also designs the foundation's Acts of Achievement: The Role of Performing Arts Centers in Education annual report on its efforts.
